Working For Nonprofits: Enquiry into role of govt officials
This will determine whether they are getting any favours from government officials
PESHAWAR:
An enquiry is being conducted over the involvement of government officers in NGOs. “Government officers of different departments are involved in certain NGOs,” Tribal NGOs Consortium Chairperson Zar Ali Khan Afridi told the media on Friday. “Information regarding former government officials, who are currently working for NGOs, is also being acquired,” he said. “This will determine whether they are getting any favours from government officials.”
