In an interview, Smith said he had more to offer than just being into acting and music, and may join politics because of recent controversial discourse in the presidential race.
"If people keep saying all the crazy kinds of stuff they've been saying on the news lately about walls and Muslims, they're going to force me into the political arena," he said.

Smith might be troubled by the hate US Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has been spewing against Muslims by advocating a complete ban on the community in the United States.
In these circumstances, the actor thinks he should get to the top post of US government.
"I mean, I gotta be the president. Come on!," Smith says, adding, "What else would I run for?"
Smith has learnt much accolades being an actor and musician: He won four Grammy Awards for his works as a rapper and was nominated twice for the Academy Award for Best Actor.

"I tell my kids, 'be as unrealistic as possible, and then figure out how to make it real,'" he said. "The best things that have ever happened, ever, were unrealistic before they happened. So for me, I think being the biggest movie star in the world as a goal actually was too small!"
The award winning actor said about four years ago it dawned upon him he had achieved his goals as a star and asked himself the question, "What else am I going to do?"
"I realised the dream was too small," he said. "I realised there was no way that I was put here just to be a movie star."
