Your stars today

December 09, 2015

Aries | March 20 – April 19

Few things anger you more than those who take a stance about matters that involve you, then refuse to explain their reasoning. What’s more, your efforts to talk things over have achieved nothing. For now, back off. Others have good reason to remain silent. In time, you’ll learn what it is.

Taurus | April 20 – May 20

The combination of the New Moon, which is about a fresh start, and the current emphasis on business or practical matters suggests changes aren’t just timely, they’d be beneficial. While you might want to analyse your options in depth, there’s no time. Make your move now, then fine-tune plans later

Gemini | May 21 – June 20

Planning ahead is wise. Long ago, however, you realised complex matters are often best tackled at the last minute. This puts the pressure on everybody concerned to devise solutions for any problems. Not only is this the case now, you’ll be amazed the ideas you and others come up with.

Cancer | June 21 – July 22

Initially you happily shouldered the burden for certain matters that involved others as well. At least when you dealt with them, you knew they’d been done properly. Now that the individual in question is taking over, you’ve mixed feelings. Ironically, letting go could prove more challenging than you’d imagined.

Leo | July 23 – August 22

Obviously you’d rather deal with certain increasingly tricky matters all at once. However, the issues in question are so complex that this approach could create further difficulties. You’re better off tackling things step by step. That way you can ensure one problem’s fully settled before you take on the next.

Virgo | August 23 – September 22

The thought of making changes in elements of your life that you worked hard to organise is unlikely to be appealing. Yet the breakthroughs triggered by the current New Moon are pointing to exactly that. For now, make no decisions. Within a short time, you’ll realise things can’t remain as they were.

Libra | September 23 – October 22

Sometimes daydreams are no more than that. However, judging by the influence of the forthcoming New Moon, those thoughts could be a vision of what’s next. If so, pay close attention. You’ll not only sense what’s coming, you’ll be well aware what must change or, perhaps, come to a conclusion.

Scorpio | October 23 – November 21

Because you think through plans before you make them, once things are settled you prefer to stick with what’s been organised. However, not only would it be worth learning about the changes being suggested, they’re worth considering. At minimum, they’ll broaden your horizons. And they may actually work out.

Sagittarius | November 22 – December 21

Being a fire sign you’ve no objection to sudden developments. On the contrary, you tend to feel they keep you on your toes. The only problem is the less than enthusiastic attitude of certain individuals. While you regard changes as a springboard for exploration, they view them as a nuisance.

Capricorn | December 22 – January 19

Recent clashes with others distracted you from certain pressing matters, which was annoying. However, they also revealed you’re less well informed about these than you thought. Yet you haven’t made a point of updating your facts. This may not seem important but you’re urged to now, before circumstances catch you unprepared.

Aquarius | January 20 – February 17

The move by the communication planet Mercury into the most sensitive and strategic portion of your chart begins a sometimes perplexing but ultimately informative cycle. In some situations, you’ll define and resolve issues with amazing swiftness. Others will prove more puzzling and could take considerable time to deal with.

Pisces | February 18 – March 19

The planetary setup between now and the end of the year isn’t an easy one. But, equally, if you keep on top of minor issues and tackle each new problem immediately, you’ll manage everything
that comes your way. So well, in fact, you’ll be more organised
than for ages.
