Veteran actor Dharmendra appeared on Big B's reality TV show and recreated the duo's iconic 'Sholay' magic.

Jai and Veeru, who symbolised eternal friendship in Sholay, gave their fans a treat when they recreated their magic on TV screens after 40 years.

The two legendary actors came together when Dharmendra made a special appearance on the finale of Amitabh Bachchan's reality TV show Aaj Ki Raat Hai Zindagi.

The dynamic duo relived their iconic friendship as they made an entrance on a bike with a carriage, recreating the famous song Yeh Dosti from the Ramesh Sippy film.

The actors made their fans nostalgic as they took to stage looking full of life and energy as they did four decades ago.

Dharmendra's son Sunny Deol, whose directorial venture Ghayal Once Again is set to release on January 15, was also present on the show's finale, reports Hindustan Times.



Big B later took to his blog to share his experience saying, “Friend, colleague, neighbour and a gentle giant Dharam ji graced AKRHZ with son Sunny... Dharam ji doing a dubsmash of Jai from Sholay with the mouth organ for Jaya on the roof lighting candle lamps... such a sport!!”

Sonam Kapoor and Farhan Akhtar were also in attendance at the finale.
