Senior lawyer Muhammad Zul Sibtain Amir has been appointed as the state prosecutor at the special Anti-Terrorism Court-I. The post had been vacant for the past one and a half month, leading to delays in disposal of several high-profile cases. Prosecutors often complain of low salaries and perks.
