Fpcci chief: Kazakhstan visit to promote trade

The 15 to 20 member high profile delegation will comprise of prominent businessmen various sectors

KARACHI: Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) President Mian Muhammad Adrees said that the Prime Minister’s upcoming Kazakhstan visit will go a long way in promoting bilateral trade and economic relations. He further said that bilateral trade between the two countries is not at the desired level despite the fact that both countries are rich in natural resources.  Adrees will accompany the Prime Minister’s entourage on aspecial invitation. The 15 to 20 member high profile delegation will comprise of prominent businessmen various sectors. FPCCI president further informed that during the visit, the chamber will sign a MoU with the Chamber of International Commerce of the Kazakhstan to set up a Joint Business Council (JBC) for establishing close economic collaboration and cooperation between both countries for strengthening the economic relations and enhancing trade volume.
