News Desk July 28, 2015

A fire broke out in a plaza in Rawalpindi on Tuesday. Rescue 1122 officials said a small-scale fire erupted in a hostel room at the forth-floor of the plaza due to a short circuit which soon spread to the entire floor. The fire brigade and rescue teams reached the spot and doused the fire after efforts of an hour.  The hostel is located near gate 3 of the Defence Housing Authority Phase-II on GT Road. Seven people were present inside the room when the fire broke out. However, all the persons were rescued and remained unhurt.
