Code Of Conduct: 8 injured in WCB Ward 10 shooting

LAHORE: Eight people were injured as a result of shooting in Ward 10 of Walton Cantonment Board on Saturday. Speaking to reporters, Railway Minister Khwaja Saad Rafique accused some Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf workers of shooting Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz supporters. The injured were taken to Lahore General Hospital. A police officer said they were investigating the incident. Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif took notice of the incident and sought a report from the IGP in this regard. The chief minister also directed the IGP to probe reports about incidents of aerial firing from several Cantonment Board wards.
