PESHAWAR:
Governor Sardar Mehtab Ahmad Khan has instructed FATA Secretariat officials to tabulate a report on the status of all dysfunctional industrial units in Fata.
He was meeting a five-member delegation of tribal industrialists and traders at Governor House on Saturday. Mehtab directed the review so that steps can be taken to revitalise economic development.
The governor said recommendations are being finalised and will soon be presented before the federal government. He said the closed industrial units will be brought back to life under the National Action Plan.
