This is to ensure that the actors who sign up will not be able to object to any scene when on the sets.

Famous Indian TV and film producer, Ekta Kapoor, is done dealing with tantrums of actresses and has introduced a nudity clause that all actors will have to sign if they wish to be cast in her films.

While the Central Board of Film Certification continues to cut scenes from movies for being too explicit, The Dirty Picture producer has her own rules on how she wants to go about her films. Among the first films to come under the clause will be XXX, Ekta's next production under her banner Balaji Motion Pictures. The film is an erotic thriller directed by Ken Ghosh and features a fresh cast. According to India Today, put simply, the nudity clause implies any artiste signing up to work in the film in question becomes legally bound to expose as much as he or she is asked to according to the demand of the script. The clause also covers shooting intimate scenes and use of explicit language.

Confirming this, director Ken Ghosh told Mumbai Mirror, "We have already had lots of discussions on how things would be shot and we do not want any problems during the filming. So we decided it was best to put in on paper as a techno-legal clause."

Previously, Ekta had to deal with adult star Sunny Leone, who refused to perform erotic scenes in horrex (horror and sex) hit Ragini MMS 2. This time she is making sure that the past does not repeat itself by legally binding the actors.

"We are pushing the envelope with this film. Erotica as a genre has been passed off under the guise of thrillers, murder mysteries and horror films for years. This time it's a straight and in-your-face genre. So, we have to be a little cautious," reasoned Ken.

The new film stars new faces and is a compilation of five different stories, each one exploring a different aspect of sexuality.

Last month, Ekta launched her signature line EK, comprising Indian ethnic wear and exquisite jewellery. "I've always looked to venture into new territories and with my label I hope to reach out to women across the country. EK is an endeavor to make fashion accessible and affordable," she had said at the launch.
