Manish Malhotra’s Mijwan — ‘The legacy’ collection was quite a spectacle

Manish Malhotra’s Mijwan —  ‘The legacy’ collection was quite a spectacle. The ensembles were vivid and swathed in embellishments. Bollywood A-listers took to the ramp for Malhotra at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, Mumbai, extending support to a NGO founded by Late Kaifi Azmi and headed by Shabana Azmi.

Shweta Nanda

Beti Bachchan looked celestial on the ramp in Manish Malhotra lehenga choli. The red and white lehenga bragged profound needlework and chunky floral patterns. An interesting take on the choli, Malhotra dressed Shweta in a sleeveless relaxed style tomato red crop-top. Keeping her make-up modest, the lean star amped up her contouring for a more chiselled look and kept her hair neatly tucked behind.

Aditi Rao Hydari

The Boss actor looked exceptionally elegant in a canary-yellow Manish Malhotra ensemble. Donning a wide-legged gharara paired with a sleeveless chiffon and silk kameez, she was dressed the simplest but that didn’t stop her from capturing our attention. She glammed up her self-effacing look with a traditional polki necklace. Letting her hair loose, Aditi wore minimal but luminous make-up.

Sonam Kapoor

The Dolly ki Doli diva walked the ramp in glittering ivory and silver lehenga choli. She looked angelic in the full-sleeved number. Heavily sequined, the choli added to the bling factor of the look and comprised intricate embroidery on the sheer sleeves. The gold-belted, embossed lehenga was well-fitted and boasted volume. The actor sported a red lip like a pro and rocked her hair in a messy bun up-do.
