PESHAWAR: Demanding regularisation, contractual employees and teaching staff of the Workers Welfare Board have threatened to boycott the upcoming annual examinations in March. The statement was made during a protest rally organised by Workers Welfare Board Schools and College Employees Association (WWBSCEA) at Peshawar Press Club on Thursday. Disgruntled workers held placards and banners inscribed with slogans against the provincial government. “We have been crying foul for the past two years, but the government has turned a deaf ear to the issue,” WWBSCEA President Younas Marwat said. Marwat said the union has decided to march to PTI Chairman Imran Khan’s Bani Gala residence.
