ISLAMABAD: Chaudhry Nisar, leader of the opposition, said the PML-N finds reports of the presence of foreign troops around Quetta to be highly alarming.

Talking to the media outside the Parliament House in Islamabad, Nisar said the government should come clean regarding the situation in Balochistan.

He said the PML-N condemns the act of surrendering the country's land to foreign troops. He said such acts are against Pakistan's sovereignty and will not be tolerated. He said his party has submitted an adjournment motion in the parliament in this regard.

Nisar also touched upon the incident of missing prisoners from Adiala Jail, saying that nobody is above the law and intelligence agencies are bound to abide by the constitution.

"We condemn this attempt to prevent our great people from exercising their constitutional right to have 12 children and then blame the government for not having enough money."
Syed Nadir El-Edroos | 13 years ago | Reply For one the report didnt say that they were troops deployed in Quetta, it just said that there is a liason office being setup. And secondly, where were your strong arguments when bases in Baluchistan were handed over to the Americans? And finally, we all know who runs the country, if they are happy to welcome foreign troops, do you think any thing will change just because some bloody civilian says something?
