Red carpet round-up: Hollywood Film Awards 2014

Awards season is here, folks! The 18th annual Hollywood Film Awards was a star-studded bash. Held at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles on November 14, the event saw scintillating A-listers, who upped the event’s fashion quotient. Here’s a round-up of the stunning ladies and hunky men from the evening. Who do you think looks the best?

Angelina Jolie



The Maleficent star appeared in a strapless Atelier Versace full-length black gown and did it flatter her body! The form-fitting dress hugged Angelina’s slender body. Her matching peep toe heels and chestnut brown locks tied in an elegant chignon completed her look. Taking the red carpet by storm with her effortless poise, Angelina’s look was a total knock-out.

Gerard Butler



The PS: I Love You hunk opted for a Salvatore Ferragamo navy blue suit and sophisticated satin tie. It takes a real personality to rock super-shiny suits, and the rugged star knows just how to do it. We loved everything he had going on, including the blue lace-ups.

Keira Knightley



The English actor sported a gorgeous gown from the Giambattista Valli Spring/Summer 2015 collection. She exuded class in her intricately detailed white, bell-sleeved, floral appliqué dress, featuring a skirt made from delicate embroidered lace and cherry blossom design around the shoulders. Talk about looking angelic.

Channing Tatum



Escorting that ultra masculine vibe, the 21 Jump Street star looked dapper in his cut-to-perfection Gucci navy notch-lapel three-piece New Signoria suit. He paired it with a crispy white shirt, navy silk tie and black leather lace-up shoes. Tatum and Gucci continue to be a winning combination.

Reese Witherspoon



If there’s one lady in scarlet-red who knows how to raise temperatures, it would have to be America’s sweetheart Reese Witherspoon. The flaxen-haired sensation looked jaw-dropping sensational in a show-stopping chiffon-pleated red dress plucked from J Mendel’s Spring/Summer 2015 collection. So Reese, so fashion-forward.

Kristen Stewart



The Twilight star lit up the red carpet with this edgy yet ethereal number. The 24-year-old wore a strapless white Chanel dress with a flared skirt, teamed with an elaborate silver-grey turtle-neck top, which accentuated her petite figure.
