Our LEAs are under fed, under trained, politicized & corrupt...so how can we expect result ? 5 years of PPP rule , they did nothing, now more than 1 years PML N govt has allocated Rs 6 billion for capacity building...what happened ? it is in back burner, because due to vegilace of media & awareness of public, PPP govt tried but unable to loot this amount, so now their mantra " na khaunga na khane doonga ".
