Trafficked from Pakistan as a 10-year-old girl, the victim was repeatedly raped by Ilyas Ashar, 85, who along with his wife Tallat, 69, forced her to work as their servant.
She was discovered in the cellar of their five-bedroom house sleeping on a cot bed by investigators looking into allegations of money laundering.
Now in her 20s, she learned a form of sign language to testify at the trial last year.
"The money will in no way make up for what she went through over a number of years, but it will help her move on with her life and continue her inspiring recovery from these awful events," said Salford Chief Superintendent Mary Doyle.
"I believe today's outcome also gives hope to any victim of trafficking. It reminds us that there are people out there willing to bring people to this country purely to be exploited but, with the correct use of the law, the perpetrators can be brought fully to justice."
The court calculated the Ashars should pay the victim £101,300: what she would have been paid if she had earned the minimum wage working for the couple for 12 hours a day, every day since 2003 except for ten days off.
The two also must also pay back benefits to the state that they wrongfully claimed for the girl.
The victim, who cannot be named, could not read or write but was taught to write her name by the Ashars so that they could claim social benefits on her behalf.
Ilyas Ashar was earlier jailed for 15 years for rape, trafficking and benefit fraud, and his wife Tallat was jailed for five years for trafficking and benefit fraud.
Their daughter Faaiza Ashar, 46, was ordered to do community service after being convicted of benefit fraud.
At their earlier conviction, judge Peter Lakin said the Ashars had shown no remorse and were "deeply unpleasant, highly manipulative and dishonest people" who did not treat the girl as a human being.

How an eighty five year old can rape somebody ???
@ people who are citing that the jail sentences are too short..
How much years do you think these old and heinous perpetrators will live? The guy is 85!
Hats off to the British justice system. This is an everyday story in pakistan.
This is an article that should be read and reread multiple times by Maria and a few others whose posts read identical to hers. Maria and her partners in crime are always speaking ill of Afghans in the West.
What is that old idiom? People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.
Every member of this family is a criminal and a repeat offender. I bet this 85 year old man wears a beard and carries a prayer bead. They should be deported back to the land of the pure and pious.
May our leaders learn lesson after reading this article that action done by UK government must be done by Pakistan. And it duty of peoples that choose good and honest leaders and abide by the black sheep which found in Pakistan not in ruling party but in each of our departments…..
Ilyas Ashar was earlier jailed for 15 years for rape, trafficking and benefit fraud, and his wife Tallat was jailed for five years for trafficking and benefit fraud. . Both should sit in jail for life . no parole. Kidnapping, slavery, rape, benefit fraud, and ruining the life of a young girl deserves more than 5 years .. deserves more than 15 years. One of the obvious deficiencies in European justice is their lenient sentences - shame on them.
Well done UK courts. Look at what is happening in Pakistani legal system eg case of Asia Bibi. All under fear of Mullas and the Sharif brother.
I disagree with the headline for this article. Calling her a "Pakistani slave girl" is an injustice to her dignity and sense of self. It should have been something on the lines of "Young Pakistani victim of Human trafficking finally receives justice in the UK.". Or..."UK courts demand justice for Pakistani girl enslaved and abused for two decades".
The heart-touching painting bring thoughts to an abrupt standstill and makes all fork-tongued words unnecessary. The painting is a reflection of a beast called Human.
@Dude: that shows how far a negative mentality can go! Have you tried reading this news? if yes, then i am shocked at your insane thought process.
@Dude: Salutes to your sick mentality.
@the Skunk:
The self-flagellating liberals are out in full force, I see. In actual fact, this crime was carried for over a decade in the UK by British nationals (albeit of Pakistani origin). The victim was a Pakistani, however. Your remarks and those of several others, therefore, are totally misplaced.
Ilyaas Ashar should be sentenced to death.... this is the at least.. no money,or any kind of favours compensate even pain she endured...
I'am British citizen I really favour bringing death penalty back in this country. This scum bag 100% deserves the death penalty and I hope he suffers in jail. Poor girl was abused and suffered may the ones above help her through her nightmare.
one girl got bullet in pakistan - win nobel prize another girl from pakistan won 160000 euro these are the high level opportunities in pakistan?
@Insider: How much you know about life in rural areas? I guess nothing but what you hear from third tiers journalists or fake politicians.
@Raj Kafir: The parents of both parties
I don't like the sentence, the sentence is very mild and the makeup payment is also very low....I can't seem to comprehend it...justice is not served.
Good Uk as shame on pakistan who can never do the right thing ever
Corrupted Pakistan Govt & courts
Who failed?
Hundreds and thousands of such girls are trapped in cellar's of landlords, wadera's and jageerdars in Sindh and Rural Punjab. And as our Police is hands in hands with all these culprits, there is little hope to recover these slaves from local cellars. May be we should handover our country to Scotland Yard. Sigh !!
My prayers for the girl's safety and well being. What deeply interests me is when the three Ashar's will undergo punishment in jail or at the gallows? The British authorities are requested to please keep the girl in UK and look after her because our society is full of demons. Thank you and Salams.
Excellent judgement, should have a salutary effect on human traffickers and child labour employers.
