Unknown direction: Teenage girl injured by mortar shell
The official said residents from adjacent areas rushed to the house and shifted the girl to Hayatabad Medical Complex.
JAMRUD:
A teenage girl was injured when a mortar shell fired from an unknown location landed on a house in Jamrud tehsil of Khyber Agency on Wednesday. A political administration official said the shell hit the house of late Haji Zarmat Khan, a former khasadar line officer in Ghundi. Khan’s daughter was injured while the house was damaged in the resultant explosion. The official said residents from adjacent areas rushed to the house and shifted the girl to Hayatabad Medical Complex.
