Burglaries: Robbers strike at three places

The incidents took place in the limits of Margalla police.

ISLAMABAD:


Robbers struck at three different places in the limits of Margalla police on Thursday.


In the first incident, Abdul Salam lodged a complaint with the local police that he was on his way home after withdrawing Rs165,000 cash from a bank when four armed motorcyclists  intercepted him and snatched the cash and a mobile phone.


Meanwhile, Muhammad Ijaz lodged a report with the same police that unidentified thieves entered his house in Sector G-9/2 by breaking its locks and took away cash, prize bonds, jewellery and other valuables worth Rs900,000.


Moreover, Aftab Arif approached the police that auto-thieves have stolen his motorcycle Honda-125 (HAB-1696) from outside his house in Sector G-8/4.
