It is times like this I really despair. ET and Dawn are the few sane voices left in Pakistan.
@Salman: ooops ... you replied to the wrong person !! or did your batch comment system do a booboo ?? You know your comment did not display in the last 10 minutes and you got 24 recommends already?? you can dodge ETs WP systems IP check but the reality is - 25 recommends in 10 minutes ???!!! thats a record for ET itself.
@Gohar: It is true that Imran Khan is not part of KPK govt. But he is portraying himself as their figure head. Why he threatened to dissolve KPK assembly, if his demands are not met by Federal government? Why PTI is taking resignations from its KPK MPAs on party chairman's divine order?
@Salman,
At least KP police is not killing their own people like Punjab police!
BTW, give your advice to CM Punjab who used to lead protest marches while being CM Punjab. Pervez Khattak has never done that, nor any cabinet member of KP Govt.
What about attacks in Punjab on Express News and other targets?
Don't trivialize war on terror. It is Federal matter, not just law and order issue. FATA situation affects KP. Who is to blame for that?
Law & order situation has improved in KP in the last 6 months, btw, due to better police.
@shais:
If IK is not part of KPK Government, then in what capacity has he warned that he would dissolved KPK Assembly?
If only the Nach Gana, unearthing of new singing talents and sponsored agitation against democracy was not the only priority of PTI and KPK Government - we could have witnessed the much heralded CHANGE in KPK, but alas!
@Salman: How can you be so ridiculous..Protests are done by PTI. IK is not part of KP govt. but head of the party. KP govt. is doing its best to govern and not to forget that KP is the worst hit province in terms of terrorism.
@Salman: you poor - don't you get tired or ashamed of writing the same thing again and again ... or do you get the comments prepared to copy paste?
I guess tribune is too liberal for some. This is called silencing the truth and any opinion which does not fit in with one track minds.
It is a case of negligence on part of the KPK government. When you are too involved in protests and center politics, these things are bound to happen. PTI govt should focus more on deliverance in the frontier province. They must improve law and order situation. Hope that they will bring the promised change soon. Then they will improve their chances of win in next elections.
