Incoming projects: NESPAK to work on WTC project

The site is located to the south east of the reclaimed peninsula of Clifton, Zone-E.

LAHORE: National Engineering Services Pakistan (NESPAK) has been given the esteemed World Trade Centre (WTC) Project in Islamabad along with the Crescent Bay Project in Karachi. A consultancy services agreement has been signed between NESPAK and Al Ghurair Giga Private Limited for the WTC, which is being constructed in DHA, Phase II, Islamabad. Meanwhile, the Emaar-Giga Karachi Limited has given NESPAK the design review/vetting and the construction supervision of Crescent Bay Project in Karachi. The site is located to the south east of the reclaimed peninsula of Clifton, Zone-E, spread over an area of approximately 44 hectares. The master plan consists of 47 residential, five office towers, Icon Tower (consisting of a retail mall), a hotel, a club house, a mosque, a community centre, roads and other essential utilities.
