Overcome with grief and anxiety, hundreds of people from surrounding villages flocked to the site.
The victims were shot multiple times in the face and the stomach before being dumped near the waterway, according to police officials, who stated that the deceased seemed to be sisters and aged around 14 and 16 years, respectively.
Police officials suspect that the girls were sexually assaulted before they were brought to the deserted area of Bhir Chowk and shot dead. Five empty cartridges of bullets were also found from the bloodied crime scene.
Upon receiving information of the incident, SP Rana Muhammad Javed and DSP Muhammad Shakil Khokhar, accompanied by a heavy contingent of police, visited the scene.
The bodies have been moved to Nowshera Virkan police station for identification and the police have initiated an investigation.
Teen rape victim’s body found
The body of 13-year-old N*, raped and brutally murdered, were discovered from Karachi’s Sea View area on Thursday morning. Her frail body was covered in a grey kameez and white shalwar – her school uniform. The girl went missing on September 24 from Azizabad after an unidentified woman took her away from school. The unknown woman, who is yet to be traced by the police, told the girl that her mother was feeling unwell and was asking for her.
Despite a complaint lodged by N’s parents at the Azizabad police station against her disappearance, the very same day, the police failed to find the whereabouts of the missing child or the woman. However, the police did spring into action on Thursday, when they formed a team to arrest the criminals involved in the rape and the killing. SSP Amir Farooqi told The Express Tribune that they were interrogating the owners of the school, who claimed that the girl knew the woman since she did not hesitate to leave with her. N’s father, who lives in a slum in Azizabad, ruled out personal enmity for her daughter’s murder. “I have no enemies with my relatives,” he said.
Medico-legal officer Dr Rohina Hasan told The Express Tribune that the cause of death was suffocation, however she confirmed that the girl was raped but denied that she was tortured.
DNA samples from the victim’s body have been sent for testing.

@sana: Not world only this unfortunate part of the world.
If witnesses are not available [which is the most Rape cases in Pakistan] DNA test should be made compulsory to apprehend all such culprits and give them strict punishment.
To trace and track students, now a days mini GPS trackers are used which are very very cheap these days. Parents are encourage to use GPS Trackers for the safety of their wards.
Besides, Schools Management must be made responsible for any such missing student from their school. The must have at least 2 to 3 mobile numbers from parents. Just in case if someone comes to pick up the student from the school, beside obtaining his / her ID card details, School Management should call to parents and confirm if it has their permission to let the student leave with the escort or no.
Finally, there are mushroom Suzuki pickups who transport students to and from School. Complete data and verification is also School Management responsibility as they can also be lethal if any abduction is made.
Inna Lillahe Wa Inna Ilaihe Rajeoon. RIP innocent girls. Salams With NADRA and the DNA evidence the culprits can very quickly be apprehended, but NO. Our mullahs want to make the citizens suffer at the cost of honor, life, and livelihood. When witnesses are bought, threatened, or dishonest, what can victims do? Suffer in silence? No! Allah Almighty is Oft Forgiving and Merciful, He is the Wise One and Exalted in Might, and able to enforce His Will. There must be a solution which is evading the common person and the mullahs know it but are not speaking about it. A solution must be found. Where are our armchair intellectuals. Salams
This is one thing that we can fight together keeping aside our differences. India and Pakistan need to fight for the rights of their girls.
Enough is enough. Lets come out on the streets and shake the sub continent out of its apathy.
And here we see the another case, i dont think the criminals will ever be arrested, by now they must have left the city and enjoying their vacations somewhere in the country.
Omg what is this world coming to ...
