Round-up: Red carpet

It seems that the dress code at the Toronto International Film Festival was semi-formal. The festival brought with it an array of international celebrities, all a little under-dressed. Here’s a round-up of the best, albeit rather plain, celebrities on the red carpet.

Reese Witherspoon



Finally, some patterns! Reese Witherspoon’s black and grey Jason Wu dress is both different and flattering. With the asymmetrical neckline and those gorgeous green Jimmy Choo pumps, the actor lets her outfit do the talking. With vintage side-swept curls, understated make-up and Tiffany & Co. jewelry, Reese looks absolutely divine.

Mila Kunis



With her plunging neckline and animal print Christian Louboutin pewter pumps, actor Mila Kunis looked ethereal in white at the premiere of her film Third Person. Her white Burberry Prorsum crochet dress is bang on trend, and her smooth, sleek hair and vivid make-up really complement her entire outfit.

Olivia Wilde



A bright pop of colour really lit up the red carpet, with Olivia Wilde in a canary yellow Valentino dress. Her nude Christian Louboutin pumps and straight hair look great, but it’s her bright pink lips that really put the whole outfit together.

Jennifer Aniston



The actor doesn’t seem to age. Jennifer looks effortless in an ice blue straples dress, courtesy Vivienne Westwood, which really shows off her great figure. We’re loving her trademark hair and that draped neckline..

Taylor Swift



Another white dress on the red carpet! Taylor Swift looks smokin’ hot in this cutout custom-made Calvin Klein piece. With her golden accessories and blunt fringe, along with her signature red lips and nails, the singer did not get anything wrong.

Julia Roberts



More lace detailing! Actor Julia Roberts looks absolutely adorable in this little red, bell-shaped Dolce & Gabbana number. With a soft up-do and nude accessories, she really lets the detailing on her dress stand out.
