Much to her father’s delight, Bijlee is keen to marry Baadal. But it turns out to be more than just a simple reunion of two young souls, bringing twists and turns in the lives of Matru, Bijlee and Mandola. The film is slated for January 11 release.

The Indian action film Zanjeer is the remake of Prakash Mehra’s 1973 film of the same name; it focuses on the original plot, where an honest cop is stripped off his title after being falsely accused by an antagonist. Seems like Bollywood and its actors would have field day trying to rake in the moolah. I am sure the year 2013 would be more eventful than the year gone by. Not just with the names of the titles but with content too. I guess technology has come has a boon to the new age directors. Of course it has its own perils like piracy both through DVD’s and also over INTERNET. But still the net gain is in the positive.

None of these seem very appealing other than Dhoom 3 (normally I would give it a miss due to how bad Dhoom 2 was, but worth watching due to Amir Khan); Bollywood doesnt have a good record in doing remakes (with singular exception of Don), so I would miss Zanjeer too. And the Krish movie is not for anyone harboring any common sense at all; so I cant really see how it looks to be an exciting year for B-town. The Imran-Anushka comedy might be decent though.
