LAHORE:

The Lahore High Court sought a reply from the federal government on a petition challenging the appointment of Pakistan Telecommunication Authority’s Chairman Farooq Awan.

A local lawyer had filed the petition blaming the government for not following the correct procedure to appoint the chairman.
