The Faisalabad Development Trust has announced a Rs100,000 prize for the winner of competition to design a logo for its Love Faisalabad campaign.
The competition is being held among students of the Government College University, Faisalabad. The students have been given a week to design the logo.
The announcement came after a meeting of the Trust management and Divisional Commissioner Syed Tahir Hussain on Wednesday.
In the meeting, held to review the strategy for the Love Faisalabad campaign, Syed Umar Nazar Shah, the Faisalabad Development Trust founder, said that all sanitary staff of municipal services would be provided special T-shirts by the trust during the campaign.
Participants in the cleanliness campaign will be given special badges. A painting competition will also be organised among students, he said.
The commissioner said that the citizens’ affection for their city would come out during this campaign. He praised the Faisalabad Development Trust for providing education and health facilities to improve the quality of life of the less privileged segments of the society.
