The replies were sought by a division bench comprising PHC Chief Justice Dost Muhammad Khan and Justice Shahjahan Akhunzada on a habeas corpus petition filed by a woman, stating that her husband, Mujeebur Rehman, a resident of Swat, had been allegedly picked up by security agencies on October 20, 2009 from Muhajir Colony, Karachi and kept in illegal detention.

According to the petitioner her husband had been kept in custody of the security agencies in Zra Khela area of Kabal in Swat seeking court’s help  for his release.
