LANDI KOTAL:
One person was injured as a low intensity bomb exploded near a mobile phone market in Landi Kotal subdivision of Khyber Agency on Saturday.
Amjad Shinwari, an official of the paramilitary force, said that the bomb exploded around 6:45pm outside the market and behind the Landi Kotal Press Club injuring one person.
Miscreants had planted the bomb in a brook that was running through the Landi Kotal Bazaar, he said. The official identified the injured as Roza Gul, an Afghan national who was buying food for Iftar when the bomb went off.
