Nawaz Sharif's plane diverted to Karachi due to bad weather

One flight, carrying PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif, landed in Karachi.

Inclement weather across the country disrupted air traffic as several planes were diverted, some even made emergency landings in different areas on Thursday, reported Express News.

One plane, flight PK 204, was carrying Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N) chief Nawaz Sharif.

PK 204 was on its way from Dubai to Lahore, but was landed in Karachi.

A PIA flight was also landed in Karachi, which was coming from Jeddah.

Another plane, flying in from Muscat, was diverted to landed at Peshawar airport, while a Shaheen Airline aircraft managed to land in Lahore.

Two other flights were made to circle in the air for an hour before being cleared for a landing in Lahore.
