Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Fazl (JUI-F) General Secretary and Senate opposition leader Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haideri said that they will not allow restoration of Nato supplies through Pakistan.
Addressing a public meeting at the Tehkal Bala area of Peshawar on Thursday, Haideri said that the US has suffered a defeat in Afghanistan. He criticised the government saying that despite their announcement to shoot down US drones following the Salala checkpost attack, drone attacks have resumed again.
Referring to the defence minister’s statement on restoring Nato supplies citing humanitarian grounds, Haideri said that it was an “insult to call Americans humans given the atrocities they are committing in Afghanistan against innocent people.”
Accusing the ruling elite of acting as American agents for the past 64 years, he said that “Nawaz Sharif, Asif Ali Zardari, Imran Khan and Awami National Party (ANP) chief Asfandyar Wali Khan are in a race to please the US.” Despite being an atomic power, Pakistan still has concerns about its safety, he added.
Haideri criticised the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa government for changing the school curriculum and alleged that the ANP had divided the province by renaming it.
“There was no military operation anywhere in this province under the MMA,” he said.
He said that Pakistani people were ready for an Islamic revolution, and that it was bound to come. The JUI-F public meeting in Karachi had shown the truth about Imran Khan’s popularity, he added. He claimed that JUI-F will assemble a “sea of masses” in Peshawar on March 25.

I wonder how Pakistan would react if an American politician made comments implying that Pakistani's were not human? This is a classic example of how Pakistan implements "mutual respect".
i don't believe in these mullahs anymore. in public they curse americans and in nights take money from them or appeal to them to make them pm. i also want islamic revolution like iran in pakistan but for that we need a honest mullah like khomeni in pakistan. but we don't have that.
“There was no military operation anywhere in this province under the MMA,” Had you started military operations while you were in GOVT in NWFP at that time (2001-2007), Swat would't have been taken by millitants. Its because of your inept GOVT and millitant oriented mind that emboldned terrorists further and have taken over so many areas, Orakzai, Kurram, Bajaur etc.
@H: These people were in power in KP and Balochistan at that time :)
You belong to the caves Jamiat! please spare us and don't drag us with you to the caves where you come from! Practice religion on.y and don't indulge yourself in politics because that's for educated people to do (unfortunately our politicians are uneducated anyway or lack the sense so nobody to look up to).
'Pakistan people are ready for an Islamic revolution' is a scary statement for all peace loving Pakistanis who have already suffered so much in bomb blasts and sectarian killings for the past one decade. Pakistan is already an Islamic state who is suffering because too much focus is on religion and defence whereas welfare of people and economy are under total neglect. The Peshawar document discussed by Paracha in Dawn is probably the most logical and sensible analysis of most ills facing Pakistan today and if the measures recommended are implemented even upto fifty percent would bring a big change in the country,
No trade concession then; why trade with non humans.
where were u when mushi had given the us permission to walk over us, what did you do then? atleast this govt has taken a positive stand. what stupidity !
Good !
Who Fazl is protecting Pakistan , Afghanistan or Islam. Supplies were never stopped, air corridor was open for them. Now if they go by road, let Pakistani truckers make some money. Look after your own self and Pakistan. Afghans have more love for Hindus than Pakistanis. Jamaat has no place in Pakistani politics, let politicians to look after the country,We are living in 21st century, If Jamaties want o live in 6Th century please go and live in Afghanistan.
