Innovation: PTCL’s products setting trends for 2012

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has started off 2012 by introducing a variety of new services for its customers. It has launched the IVIO Icon Pro – a 3G Android Smartphone capable of supporting both EVDO and the GSM/CDMA network; a “One Wire Does It All” package that lets customers avail multiple services through a single landline; the “Jadoo Box” that gives uninterrupted connectivity on wired DSL and backup wireless and unlimited voice connectivity; and the Vfone “Double Balance” offer which gives customers additional free balance equal to the recharged amount on Vfone accounts. “We are constantly innovating and improving our customer experience,” said Senior Executive Vice President Commercial Naveed Saeed, while recounting the successes of PTCL’s most recent business offerings.
