For The Public: Human rights cells to be formed

IG Shah asked senior police officers to form district human rights cells to handle cases of human rights violations.

KARACHI: Sindh Inspector General of Police (IGP) Syed Mushtaq Ahmed Shah asked senior police officers to form district human rights cells to handle cases of human rights violations, particularly those related to women and children. Each human rights cell should establish a special helpline for women and children, file monthly reports on the number of complaints and cases processed.
