Targeted attack: ST worker gunned down in Lines Area

A former worker of Sunni Tehreek (ST) was gunned down in Lines Area on Sunday. Abdul Aziz, alias Bhaiya, was sitting at a shop near the tonga stand when two armed men on a motorcycle shot him dead and escaped. Aziz’s body was taken to Jinnah hospital. According to the police, they found the bullet casing from a 9mm pistol near the crime scene. SHO Rasool Siyal confirmed that the victim was a former ST activist and said that he was sitting at his friend’s shop when he was shot. He said that it was a targeted attack.
