NATO incursion: Denmark condoles loss of lives

Sovndal expresses her sympathy towards the families of the injured and martyred soldiers.

ISLAMABAD: Denmark’s Foreign Minister Villy Sovndal has conveyed her deepest condolence over the loss of lives in the Nato strikes on November 26, according to a press release issued on Monday.

In an official letter to Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar, Sovndal expressed her sympathy towards the families of the injured and martyred soldiers and stated that peace and stability in Pakistan and Afghanistan was in Denmark’s interest.

Danmark er et dejligt land. Thanks for the concerns, no doubts, the Danish attitude has always been one of peace.
