‘Honour’ Killing: Man kills ‘wife’s paramour’, injures her
Police officials arrested a man who killed his wife’s alleged lover and injured her severely.
BAHAWALPUR:
Police officials arrested a man who killed his wife’s alleged lover and injured her severely on Saturday. According to police officials, Jafferi Town resident Hanif killed his wife’s sister’s husband after suspecting him of having an affair with his wife. Hanif also critically injured Sofia, who has been admitted to Victoria Hospital. Hanif told reporters that he had killed Farhan because he caught him in a ‘compromising’ situation with his wife. Doctors said that Sofia is in critical condition. Investigation Officer Chaudhry Afzal Majeed said that Hanif had killed Farhan with a brick. Police officials have registered a case and arrested Hanif.
