KARACHI: The Interior Ministry directed law-enforcement agencies to increase the security of three top judges and their families.
The judges are Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, Justice Khalilur Rehman Ramday and Lahore High Court (LHC) Chief Justice Khawaja Muhammad Sharif.
Sources said that the current security arrangements for these judges are not satisfactory.
The ministry has sent letters to provincial authorities, asking them to make new security arrangements for the judges.
