Damage control: President calls emergency meeting of Sindh ministers
As an aftermath of Mirza's press conference, the president calls emergency meeting.
ISLAMABAD:
President Asif Ali Zardari has called a closed door emergency meeting of federal and provincial ministers from Sindh in the aftermath of allegations by former senior Sindh minister Zulfiqar Mirza in a press conference on Sunday.
Chief Minister Sindh Qaim Ali Shah, federal minister Khurshid Shah and provincial ministers Pir Mazharul Haq and Agha Siraj Durrani will particiapte in the meeting to discuss the situation in Karachi and the fallout from Mirza’s press conference.
