RAHIM YAR KHAN/ KHANPUR: Hundreds of people chanted slogans against Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani and his son Abdul Qadir Gilani for their alleged illegal possession of land in Chak 93P in  Rahim Yar Khan, Express News reported Tuesday.

Protesters gathered at the Khanpur station station to burn tires and block the road.

They claimed that Abdul Qadir came with armed men to the area and illegally occupied the land that belonged to the protesters.

The protesters further claimed that a case was filed in court in this regard, but that PM Gilani and his son turned the case in their favour with the help of influence.

Abdul Qadir's spokesperson denied the accusations, and said that he took hold of the land only after the courts ruling came in their favour.
