Firing near FIA office in Lahore

LAHORE: Four unidentified men on motorcycles opened fire in the vicinity behind FIA building in Lahore on Sunday

According to acting CCPO Lahore, the incident took place near Regal Chowk on Mall Road due to a rivalry between two groups.

Police recovered sixteen bullet shells from the site after the incident and are collecting further evidence and testimonies from eyewitnesses, stated SP Civil Lines Dr Haider Ashraf.

So far there is no evidence of the firing being an attempt to attack the FIA building.

Police patrolling on Mall Road has been increased.
