KARACHI:
Public transporter operators rescinded their call for a strike on Saturday after the Sindh government issued a notification about the increase in fares.
The government and transporters met many times after the rise in petroleum prices and finally decided on a two-rupee increase in minibus fares.
The chief minister accepted the summary on Thursday night.
