Balochistan unrest: Train attacked in Jaffarabad

Peshawar-bound passenger train was attacked with an explosive device followed by heavy firing near Dera Allahyar.

QUETTA: A Peshawar-bound passenger train was attacked with an explosive device followed by heavy firing near Dera Allahyar in Jaffarabad district of Balochistan on Friday night. Four bogies of the train derailed and both locomotive drivers were injured in the explosion. Sources said that the Quetta Express was targeted. Later, the assailants opened indiscriminate fire, injuring the two drivers.
