LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has started mobilising its workers for the upcoming January 22 public gathering in Kasur and initiated public interaction campaigns.

On Sunday, PTI Central Punjab Chairman Abdul Aleem Khan held various meetings at the PTI’s Chairman Secretariat in Lahore with district leaders to further boost interaction among local cadres.

Aleem said the government had broken all records of corruption and negligence. “The rulers have weakened all state institutions and have no moral authority to continue their rule now,” he was quoted as saying.

The PTI leader underlined that the party’s main focus was the next general election in Punjab.

The Imran Khan-led party has geared up its protests against the government on Panamagate and announced a series of upcoming rallies in Punjab.
