The video features Aamir Khan in his inspiring journey to mould his fat tummy into six packs for the character that he plays in the upcoming movie Dangal. His primary motivation for losing 97kg was the movie - but as this video shows it took more than just motivation to be able to achieve what he did in over five months.

This video is inspiring over-weight people from all around the world to believe in themselves and opt for a healthier lifestyle. When speaking about being overweight Aamir Khan said, "Your breathing changes when you put on weight, your body language changes. The way you walk, the way you sit, the way you try to stand up. Everything changes."

Aamir Khan concluded with filming the older version of his character in the movie before he started his journey to lose weight and then shoot the younger version of his character, after that. Director Nitesh Tiwari praised Aamir Khan and said that nothing can be better than when a superstar works with such passion for the film.
