Your Stars Today

Aries | March 20 – April 18

If something or, indeed, someone, matters to you, the time has come to say exactly what. What seem mere unexplored feelings now could, by Wednesday’s alliance between your ruler Mars and Pluto, planet of truth and transformation, turn into a pivotal discussion and that, into a life-changing arrangement.

Taurus | April 19 – May 19

Usually objections are exactly that, an expression of concern or somebody pointing out conflicts of some variety. However, those being kicked up at the moment are likely to be far more complex and, equally, demanding. Still, dig deep and you’ll find that, at the core, there’s been a longstanding and fundamental misunderstanding.

Gemini | May 20 – June 19

Ordinarily you’d have no fear of standing up to others or taking a stance that directly opposes the very strong feelings of certain individuals. Still, even you are a little worried about confronting one particular person. While that’s understandable, it’s all a matter of timing and, equally, adopting a diplomatic approach.

Cancer | June 20 – July 21

Every once in a while, emotionally tense situations can bring out the bully in others. Instead of simply saying what they want, they combine a manipulative approach with a certain attitude of menace. Treat them as you would any unruly child, that is, make it clear that behaviour is unacceptable.

Leo | July 22 – August 21

For ages you’ve kept your thoughts about certain already complicated matters to yourself, mostly because they really weren’t your responsibility. However, times have changed and now you’re not only involved, the circumstances in question are moving swiftly. Which means if you want any changes made, you’d best say so now.

Virgo | August 22 – September 21

While the fire signs tend to live with their heart on their sleeve, as a Virgo, you reveal far less of those passions to others and, sometimes, to yourself. Now that certain matters have reached a turning point, you’ve no choice but to openly acknowledge how much you care, and to everybody.

Libra | September 22 – October 21

Obviously you’d rather talk over already worrying matters when you know others are in a receptive mood. But, equally, the individuals in question are on edge and dislike these pivotal discussions being delayed. Worrying as those details are, you’re better off ignoring all of those concerns and plunging in now.

Scorpio | October 22 – November 20

As one of the three water signs, you’re acutely aware of the feeling side of human nature. However, being a Scorpio, your understanding goes deeper, and involves the power of these emotions. Still, the insights in the run up to the Scorpio New Moon, on the 30th, could be unsettling, even for you.

Sagittarius | November 21 – December 20

Not only do you thrive on change, new ideas and the unexpected, when life’s too predictable, you tend to do something sudden just to add a little spice to the proceedings. Judging by the current unsettling planetary setup, there’ll be so much excitement, you won’t need to stir things up.

Capricorn | December 21 – January 19

Long ago you learnt the danger of making plans in haste. They only come undone, and usually at the worst possible time. Yet judging by the planetary setup for the last half of October, with its numerous twists and turns, the less detailed your plans are, the easier life will be.

Aquarius | January 20 – February 18

The time has come to tackle that rethink of plans, both short term and longstanding, that you’ve known was inescapable. You’d put this off so often you’ve assumed you could ignore the inevitable. The irony is, you’re already aware how much you’d benefit from certain changes. The problem is actually making them.

Pisces | February 19 – March 19

Although initially, you might take the words and actions of others personally, they’re all about being practical. The problem is that, typically for you, as a Pisces, you’ve begun to care about these arrangements, their outcome and, possibly, the individuals in question, too. Still, changes aren’t just timely, they’re vital.
