We all have our fair share of experience with customer support and honestly, there might rarely be anyone who gets completely satisfied. But an Apple customer has taken it too far.

A disgruntled French customer, armed with a steel ball used in the bowling game Pétanque, walked into an Apple Store in Dijon, and smashed iPhones, iPads and MacBooks.

A video uploaded on YouTube shows a man wearing sunglasses undocking a phones before smashing them with the steel ball.

Reddit user claims iPhone 7 'exploded' on its way from Apple

As other customers tried to intervene and stop him, the guy, believed to be in his thirties, shouted: "Apple is a company that 'violated' European consumers' rights. They refused to reimburse me, I told them: 'Give me my money back'. They said no. So you know what's happening? This is happening!," before wrecking another iPhone.

The guy later tried to escape as security showed up to detain him. However, the guy was stopped and eventually arrested by the police. Local media said the accused was taken under custody, and an investigation initiated.

The total cost of damage is estimated to be in thousands of dollars.
