Family devastated: Groom commits suicide before wedding

RAWALPINDI: A groom shot himself dead just hours before his wedding in a village near Kallar Syedan. Police, quoting locals, said that 25-year-old Shahban,  was depressed after his father and uncle exchanged harsh words. The groom pleaded them not to fight on his wedding day. However, minutes later Shahban went to his room and shot himself in the head. Police have started an investigation.
