The king of quirks is gearing up to perform alongside British rock band Coldplay at the debut edition of the Global Citizen Festival, Hindustan Times reports.
This is the band's first performance in India. The Global Citizen has launched a 15-year campaign to promote social change in India and this performance is a part of the drive.

The Befikre star will share the stage with the rock band to present a medley.
"With this performance, Singh follows up on his recent stage performance alongside Major Lazer. He was one of the most obvious choices to open for Coldplay," a source reported.

Several other local and international celebrities will also be a part of the show. The event will be held on November 19 in Mumbai.
