Murder Case: ATC awards capital punishment to two men

The accused had killed Shah and injured Sanwal Katohar on December 11, 2013, when they refused to pay extortion money

KHAIRPUR: Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Khairpur gave on Saturday capital punishment and a fine of Rs250,000 each to two men, who were found guilty in the murder case of Shah Nawaz Katohar. ATC special judge Kausar Ali Bukhari handed two counts of capital punishment to the accused, Zikria Chandio and Sikander Ali Chandio. The fine will be paid to the heirs of the deceased. The accused had killed Shah and injured Sanwal Katohar on December 11, 2013, when they refused to pay extortion money.
