Family Dispute: Man kills son-in-law

GUJAR KHAN: A man allegedly shot and killed his son-in-law over a family dispute in Gujar Khan on Thursday. According to the police, Qazi Mushtaq’s wife had moved back to her father Muhammad Yasin’s house in Dhoke Muazzam Din due to marital disputes with Mushtaq. On Thursday, Mushtaq went to Yasin’s house and demanded that his wife goes home with him. A furious Yasin pulled out a pistol and fatally shot Mushtaq in the chest. He was pronounced dead on arrival at a local hospital. The police registered a case against the alleged killer on the complaint of Qazi Muhammad Ishtiaq, the deceased’s brother. No arrest had been made till the filing of this report.
