Your stars today

January 29, 2016

Aries | March 20 – April 18

It would seem that in matters of a financial or business nature, you trusted somebody unwisely. But don’t draw any conclusions just yet. First, discuss your concerns frankly and openly. Judging by the past weeks’ complicated planetary setup, either you were unclear or they misunderstood what you had in mind.

Taurus | April 19 – May 19

As much as you’d like certain issues dealt with, it’s not only unlikely, it would be unwise. Although you’re no longer contending with the unsettling influence of Mercury’s retrograde cycle, the world’s in a period of confusing but timely change. Planning ahead can wait. Go with the flow.

Gemini | May 20 – June 19

When you were discussing future plans with one particular individual, you left out certain details because they’d only complicate matters. Now you’re discovering it’s the reverse. Actually, they’re crucial, which means reviewing what you said and updating others on the facts. Waste no time on explanations. Simply tell them what’s what.

Cancer | June 20 – July 21

Much as you’d like to achieve an accord in certain increasingly tiresome issues, you’ll need to be patient. The real problem is that certain individuals are keeping vital information to themselves. While you can ask if there’s anything important they have to say, it’s possible they’re unaware these facts are of significance.

Leo | July 22 – August 21

It would be impossible to underestimate the power of the past week’s twists and turns, especially when it comes to situations involving those closest. While you were anxious about some of what took place, you’re now less concerned. However, you must be patient. Not everybody has bounced back as swiftly.

Virgo | August 22 – September 21

Amongst any circle of acquaintances, there’s always somebody who’ll adopt a negative approach, whatever the topic or situation. Now such an individual is involved with you, in a joint plan or project. Forget about discussion. Carefully choose your battles, then tactfully but firmly refuse to succumb to their worries or doubts.

Libra | September 22 – October 21

Last week the Sun moved into the portion of your chart that accents love and life’s pleasures. This triggered a shift away from the sometimes overwhelming domestic issues and a growing focus on what and who brings you joy. Make the best of this, knowing that it’s just the beginning.

Scorpio | October 22 – November 20

It’s always amazed you how certain individuals can alter their work or lifestyle with little thought or debate. They’ll even do it overnight. Usually, you must weigh the options and, even then, plan carefully. Now, however, events are forcing you to move swiftly. Once you begin, you’ll be amazed how easy it is.

Sagittarius | November 21 – December 20

Ages ago you discussed plans with certain individuals. At the time you were enthusiastic. These weren’t just exciting, they seemed do-able. So you made promises. Since then you’ve moved on and, in fact, may not recall what was said. But others do. Explain what’s happened, while you can without causing upset.

Capricorn | December 21 – January 19

Tensions on the relationship front will take time both to understand and to deal with. Actually, since certain vital facts may not surface until 6 February, when Venus meets truthful Pluto, in Capricorn, for now, you’re better off exploring your options. What you learn during this period could prove amazingly informative.

Aquarius | January 20 – February 18

The complex questions you’re facing first arose last December, when Mercury’s encounter with truthful Pluto highlighted facts you were unaware of or have been avoiding. These two met again on 22 January. What you’ve learnt since has undoubtedly prepared you to take advantage of the revelations triggered by their final meeting.

Pisces | February 19 – March 19

Few things are more annoying than those who correct the minor errors of others. It’s petty and, for some, upsetting. Yet if you don’t make it clear that somebody has misjudged one particular situation, they’ll assume you’re happy with things as they are, when you’re not. Firmly and clearly express your views.
