He has sought unspecified damages.

Lawyers for Porsche say actor Paul Walker to blame for his death

Walker was sitting in the passenger seat when his friend Roger Rodas lost control of the car and crashed into a tree, causing the car to burst into flames. Both Walker, 40, and Rodas, 38, died in the crash.
